Golden Living Centers in North Carolina and elsewhere - are the alleged problems in this nursing chain over?

This blog report on Golden Living Centers (the former Beverly Enterprises nursing home chain, I believe) focuses on the false claims act litigation filed in the state of MS. Golden Living Centers operates several nursing homes in North Carolina. I am not sure whether the MS litigation has anything to do with the North Carolina nursing homes, but chances are the same practices, if they exist at Golden Living in MS, exist/existed in North Carolina.
